Lifelong best friends who grew up together, learning the importance of health and fitness from a young age. From our early years in elementary school, we've always been active and competitive. As we got older, we continued our athletic journeys in college—Kimberly played volleyball, and Rose ran track. These experiences not only shaped our passion for fitness, but also equipped us with valuable knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Over the years, we've experienced every phase of fitness—whether it was losing weight, gaining weight, eating at a caloric deficit, bulking, or simply maintaining. Our mission is to empower others to stay disciplined and achieve the body of their dreams!
